Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”) provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we therefore inform you that:

CATEGORIES OF DATA: SIGEA S.R.L. will process your personal data, including:

a. Data collected automatically. The computer systems and software applications used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, and which may be associated with identifiable users. These include IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by visitors, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file returned in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system, browser and computing environment used by the visitor. This data is processed only for the time strictly necessary to obtain statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The provision of this data is mandatory as it is directly linked to the web browsing experience.

b. Data voluntarily provided by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of email to the addresses indicated on the various access channels of this site does not require consent, and filling in any forms provided implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender/user’s address and data, necessary to respond to the requests made and/or provide the requested service. Voluntarily sending us email does not require any further notice or request for consent. Conversely, specific summary notices will be shown on the pages of the site set up for particular on-request services (forms). The user must therefore explicitly consent to the use of the data provided in these forms in order to submit the request.

c. Cookies. The data collected through cookies may be used to access certain parts of the site, for statistical purposes, or to make future browsing experiences more pleasant and efficient, by assessing user behaviour and tailoring the content offered accordingly. SOURCE OF THE PERSONAL DATA: the personal data held by SIGEA S.R.L. is collected directly from the data subject.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: improving the web browsing experience; using the data provided in contact emails and forms in order to respond to specific requests; assessing user behaviour and tailoring the content offered accordingly.

DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits relevant to the stated processing purposes, your data may be disclosed to partners, consulting firms, private companies appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, or as required by law, or to fulfil your specific requests. The Data Processors and Authorized Persons are identified in the Privacy Document, which is updated periodically.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY: the collected data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union.

RETENTION PERIOD: the collected data will be retained for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which it is processed (the “storage limitation principle”, Art. 5 GDPR) or according to the deadlines established by law. Periodic checks are carried out on the obsolescence of the data retained in relation to the purposes for which it was collected.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to processing, exercising these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller. In this regard, the data subject may at any time, pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR, communicate their request to withdraw consent to data processing by sending a specific request to: sigea@tesigroup.it .

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONSENT: The provision of your data is mandatory while browsing our website, with regard to the data collected automatically and the data voluntarily provided, in order to allow the correct provision of the service. The provision of consent for cookies is instead optional and linked to the acceptance of cookies, and will not in any way compromise the provision of the service.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations that guide the Data Controller’s activity. The data will be processed using IT tools, paper media, and any other suitable medium, in compliance with the appropriate security measures required by the GDPR.
